Good Samaritan tow truck driver sees
a driver hit a little boy who was crossing the street
and then took off.
Protocol says don't put
yourself in harm's way, but sometimes
in order to make a difference, you have to break the rules.
Even though Justin De Cesari from Aaliyah's Towing, Denver, CO.
was towing a mini RV, that didn't stop him from
swinging into action and following the hit and run
driver. With lights blaring the tow truck was able to
detain the vehicle until the police arrived.
