When You Should/Shouldn't Get Involved
A tow truck driver witnessed a hit and run,where a vehicle ran over a pedestrian and
then fled the scene. The tow truck driver followed the vehicle and then called
police. Hero or Risky business?
The pedestrian that was hit died at the scene.
Personally I think we should all get involved if we're sure our
personal safety is not at risk.
It's a judgement call and it's a difficult one.
The family of the pedestrian who died on the road at least have closure
knowing the perpetrator is in custody - and this is due to the
tow truck driver who decided to get involved.
Some days are harder than others.
