Billings, Montana for saving the life of a 2 year old

in a locked vehicle.  This incident happened this past

January in 20 degree frigid weather.

The Move Over Law It Saves Lives

A tow truck driver responded to a serious crash in Caroline County, VA.  

Laying by the side of the road was the detached bumper from the injured State Trooper's 

vehicle with a bumper sticker that read:

The Move Over Law

IT SAVES LIVES
