How Sweet it is

 It's not everyday you get a call to tow

a 1949 Crosley.....

 A Crosley that won 1st Place in the 1961 Florida Sebring Race

 A car enthusiast would know that the Crosley was 

manufactured by the Crosley Corporation and

later by Crosley Motors from 1939 - 1952.

In 1939 the first Crosley car was shown at Indianapolis

Speedway.  A 2 door convertible under 1,000 pounds that sold for

$250!!!!!!

Jaws

...........you know summer is here when all the demon whales 

or man eating shark movies start appearing on TV.

As I was busily cleaning the house yesterday, in

the background was the movie channel........

playing these wonderful summer movies.

So where were you summer of 1975 

when the release of Jaws made it's debut?,

Has your life ever been the same again, I don't

think so! I know mine hasn't as I tip toe my way to

 the oceans edge and go no further! 

It doesn't help that there's been more and more shark sightings
this year and reports of injuries along the east coast. 
I'll stay cool in the pool!
