Woman Gets 28 Years for Killing a Tow Truck Driver

Will this case set a standard in the future?
There has to be a reckoning and although this ruling
seems harsh there has to be justice for the victim -
Tow truck driver, Roger Perez-Borroto who left
behind a wife and 4 year old daughter. 

More attention needs to be given to the

MOVE OVER Law, so we get it and it
becomes second nature to get out of the way, just as
we would for a police car, fire truck or ambulance.
